1er juillet 2003
ESA’s Mars-Express launched from Baïkonour on 2 June 2003, has just tested its instruments successfully in observing the Earth and Moon. In particular, the OMEGA spectrometer, that was developped and built by l’Institut d’Astrophysique Spatiale, at Orsay, in cooperation with the LESIA at Paris Observatory, IFSI at Frascati, and IKI at Moscow, provided an Earth spectrum from a unique point of view.
