Modelling Hot Rapid Rotators for Optical Long Baseline Interferometry (ASHRA)
A.Domiciano de Souza
Optical long baseline interferometry (OLBI) is a technique sensitive to
sky projected brightness distributions, constituting a powerful
tool for the study of detailed stellar surface structures.
In the present contribution we present a study about the effects of stellar
rotation on different interferometric observables through a physically
coherent model which includes gravity darkening, geometrical
deformation and distinct rotation laws (solid and differential).
