Proceedings

The conference proceedings will be published in a special volume of the Astronomical Society of the Pacific Conference Series.

The deadline to send your contribution is:

October 31st, 2002

The page limits for the contributed papers have been set as follows:

Review talks (40 min): 8 pages
Talks (20 min): 4 pages
Posters: 2 pages

Since we have to provide the text in a camera ready form to the publisher all contributions should be prepared in LaTeX using the PASP documentstyle file. The necessary files are:

Please use the following unique naming scheme for your contribution, namely: last name, e.g. degaulle.tex. Figures should be numbered similarly, namely degaulle_fig1.ps, degaulle_fig2.eps, etc.

After preparing your contribution, please transfer the following files to us:

  1. the .tex file
  2. all included individual .eps (or .ps) files for the figures
  3. the complete final .ps file of your contribution

You can deposit these files in our ftp area:
(or in case the ftp does not work (firewalls), send the files in attachment to francoise.combes@obspm.fr).

Please remember to first make a subdirectory with your last name (ie. ftp> mkdir degaulle ) and place all previous files inside.

If the transmission is stalled, it might be that it automatically entered passive mode. You might have to type "passive" to switch from passive mode if that is the default to which your transmission goes.
