Notes for Lalande 21185

The planet(s):

• Detection method: optical astrometry at the MAP (Multichannel Astrometric Photometer)
• Comments: Astrometric curve not published
  At the Planets beyond the Solar System Conference (Baltimore 16 Oct. 1996) G. Gatewood has shown astrometric residuals indicating a ~ 30 y. drift with 7 sigmas (M = 1.6 M_J) and a 2 sigmas wobble with a ~ 6 y. period (M = 0.9 M_J). The systematic errors are not known.
