  18 Apr. 03: Santos et al (2003) claim confirmation of the planet detection 12 Nov. 02: Santos, Israelian et al 2002 do maintain that there is a planet around the star.
  10 Sep. 02: According to space.com, S. Udry from the Geneva Group claims that "the radial-velocity variation is not coming from the photometric one".
  27 May 02: According to Henry et al, not a planet but chromospheric activity of the star
  22 Nov. 00: From astrometry Han et al (2000) claim a preliminary mass of 82 M_J and inclination of 179.5^o
