The planet(s):
- Detection method: Gravitational Lensing
- Remarks: The object has been seen in the image A of the quasar
0957+561, lensed by a foreground galaxy at z = 0.39. Only the image A
presents a lensing event: this excludes intrinsic variations in the quasar.
The parent star is not seen. This may be due because the amplification curve
by a 1 solar mass object at 2.4 Gpc lasts many decades (~ 100 years).
